The morning our first theater booked, the watcher already knew

A watcher that finds new theaters showing your film and emails the people nearby, plus the list and the booker note around it.
The morning our first theater booked, the watcher already knew

On opening morning a watcher I built checked the showtime listings and found Brotherhood playing at Harkins Superstition Springs in Mesa. In the same report it listed the eight presale buyers near that theater our email tool couldn't reach, with their ticket codes, so I could email them by hand that afternoon.

That's the point of this bundle: four small tools that turn "a theater just booked us" into seats sold, without anyone having to refresh a spreadsheet.

The Where to Watch list on brotherhoodmovie.com/tickets

1. Your theater is live (the showtime watcher)

Twice a day it asks a showtime data service which theaters are playing your film. When a new one appears, it emails the people within about 25 miles, ticket-code holders first. Anyone it can't email gets listed for you to reach by hand.

2. The morning theater digest

Each morning it adds newly posted theaters to your public list and drafts the "new theaters near you" email for you to review. It never sends on its own.

3. Where to watch

A public page with every booked theater and a ticket link, kept current by the digest. Theaters that already played stay on the list with their phone number, so fans can call and ask for it back. See it at brotherhoodmovie.com/tickets.

4. The daily demand note

Each morning it compares today's theater requests to yesterday's and emails your booker only what moved. Our booker didn't need another dashboard, just the few lines that changed.
