How churches, schools and fans fill a theater for you

The group screening form, the street team signup, and the invite link that makes every buyer bring one more.
How churches, schools and fans fill a theater for you

The week Brotherhood opened, a refugee services organization in Phoenix asked about bringing 100 to 250 people to one screening, and a theology school in Atlanta asked about taking its students. Neither came from an ad.

Groups are how an independent film fills a room. This bundle is the three tools that bring them in and keep fans busy between showtimes.

The group screening inquiry form on brotherhoodmovie.com/groups

1. Group screening inquiries

A form for church, school and company buyouts that asks the questions a booker needs: group size, budget, preferred theaters, dates and times. Every inquiry lands in your inbox, gets tagged in your email tool, and starts a short follow-up. One thing we learned: route group sales through your booker so they count as box office, not as a private rental.

2. Street team signup

A signup page that tags fans by what they want to help with, and by where they heard about you. When you need help, you already know who wants to share, who wants to host and who wants to bring a group.

The street team signup page

After someone buys a ticket, the thank-you page hands them a personal link to invite one more person, and tracks whose link brought whom.
